Our pastor, Reverend Mark Brauer, and his associates are most supportive of the school. They are available for school liturgies and reconciliation services regularly, and for classroom visits and instruction upon request.

My name is Fr. Dominic Macioce and I am excited to serve as the Associate Pastor here at St. Hugo of the Hills Catholic Parish and School as we celebrate 87 years as a parish and 78 in our apostolate in providing a quality Catholic education to our children.  There is one thing that you should know about me from the beginning—I love Catholic schools.  Thank you for welcoming me to this wonderful parish community and for continuing to entrust your children to us.  We look forward to partnering with you in bringing your children closer to Christ.

St. Hugo of the Hills Catholic School is a Roman Catholic, faith-filled academic community dedicated to the development of knowledge, compassion, and acts of service.

St. Hugo of the Hills Catholic School is a Pre-K-8 elementary school with a student body of approximately 510. We are located on 30 scenic acres in the city of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. The campus includes: St. Hugo of the Hills Church, Stone chapel, school grounds and athletic facilities.

Our mission statement reflects our school values. Centered on our faith, we learn about God’s world and all that we can do to make it a better place. The school exudes an environment of academic excellence giving each student the opportunity to develop as a whole person: spiritually, socially, physically, emotionally, and intellectually in order to meet the challenges of the future. Toward this goal, we provide specialists in art, music, technology, physical education, Spanish, library, and enrichment.  Our classroom teachers are fully certified but even more, they are chosen for their vision in guiding academic, social, and spiritual growth.  We strive every day to reach every child and provide them with a well-rounded co-educational experience.

Beyond our school, we offer our students opportunities to serve others.
